The Champagne & Chocolate workshop:
R250 - 00 per person (minimum 12 people per booking)
Duration: 1,5 to 2 hours

This workshop includes the following:

Champagne & a dedicated team member who will ensure that your glass remains filled with tiny bubbles while you try your hand at piping delicious dark chocolate truffles.

Big bowls of melted chocolate - white, milk and dark chocolate.

Cut shapes out of sticky toffee fudge, dip into chocolate and decorate in order to create your own fudge-centred chocolates.

Create handmade chocolate goodies from fluffy  marshmallows, wavers, strawberries and a variety of decorations such as caramel crunch, vermicelli and coconut flakes.

Package your creations in cellophane bags and tie with ribbons.

Includes sneaky photos for our Facebook page which we will be happy to share...or pass onto the editor of the company newsletter.

The Traditional Workshop:
R300-00 per person (minimum 12 people per booking)
Duration: 3 hours

This indulgent experience includes the following:

Taste exotic flavoured chocolate and guess the secret ingredients.

Learn interesting facts about the history of chocolate and how it came about that chocolate is flavoured with spices and oils.

Discover how to create 4 fantastic recipes - Vanilla Cream Dutch Truffles, Dark Chocolate Fudge, Caramelized Almonds and Italian Almond Praline.

Truffles will be piped, chilled and will then serve as the centre of your own hand-made truffles when you dip them into the melted chocolate and roll in cocoa powder.

Cut, Dip & Decorate your own hand made, fudge-centred chocolates.

Depart with ribbon tied boxes and cellophane bags filled with your own hand made treats.
Includes your own recipe pamphlet with recipes and tips to try at home!  

The Luxury Chocolate Workshop:
R350 - 00 (minimum 10 people per booking)
Duration: 2,5 to 3 hours
Start the workshop with a chocolate vodka Martini – in a decadent chocolate swirled glass!

Sample some exotic flavoured chocolate and guess the secret ingredients.
Design your own truffles by flavouring your ganash with spices and oils, and then pipe your own decadent truffles.

Cut, dip and decorate shapes out of sticky toffee fudge that will serve as the centre of your own hand made chocolates. The result  delicious fudge centre, smothered in chocolate.
Create handmade chocolate goodies from fluffy pink marshmallows, wavers, strawberries and a variety of decorations such as white chocolate flakes, vermicelli and coconut.

Depart with ribbon tied boxes and cellophane bags filled with your own hand made treats.

Tastings & truffles:
R380-00 per person (minimum 8 people per booking)
Duration: 2 hours

This workshop includes a variety of tastings, as below, as well as an opportunity to create your own cherry cream truffles and other delicious chocolate treats.

Pairing 1:
Green tea with Barry Callerbaut couverture white chocolate, spiced with cardamom.

Pairing 2:
Single Malt Whiskey paired with giunduja. (An Italian delicacy)

Pairing 3:
Robusta coffee paired with dark chocolate truffles.  Truffles are made from Barry Callerbaut Dark Couverture.

Pairing 4:
House of coffees Mocha Java paired with Barry Callerbaut Supreme 70% dark chocolate.
In between the pairings, guests will pipe their own cherry cream truffles, made from an emulsion of cream and chocolate. Once they have set in the freezer, they will be dunked into big bowls of melted chocolate.

Marshmallows, strawberries and wavers will also be provided for guests to use to create their own chocolate goodies. Big bowls of melted chocolate are provided for everything to be dipped into. To finish off your chocolate creations, there are a variety of decorations - vermicelli, ground up nuts and coconut.
Cellophane bags and ribbons will be provided for guests to package their chocolates in.
