A beautiful day for a beautiful Bride to be!
The table was set, the ladies were ready...
The theme, Naughty by chocolate!
First on the menu for the eventful party was piping of ganash, into various shapes and sizes and it was up to the girls to use their IMAGINATION!
Champagne in hand with loads of naughty giggles as the girls cheered on Nalissa to draw some 'interesting shapes' with the cherry flavoured ganash. Blushing was inevitable.
Some naughty comments heard here and there, and laughter from the girls around the table set the mood for the day. How could it get any more interesting?!...Next on the menu was a demonstration of making your own chocolate fudge. The girls watched closely as Lydia put all the ingredients together while the sweet smell of melted chocolate teased the air. The choc fudge would later be used for a sweet and soft inside, after being dipped into a milk-, dark- or white chocolate of the girls choice!
Once set, the final product is ready for sampling! 'Guinduja', our absolute favourite - and the girls agreed!
Now for the girls turn, with all the ingredients layed out on the table, with the inclusion of lovely ripened strawberries, soft marshmellows and all the above mentioned delights...it was up to the girls to just go wild! Create and design their very own chocolates! The chatter, laughter, gossip was all doubled...as the champagne bubbly flowed.

Back to the menu, and next for demonstration was caramelised almonds. A sweet and nutty sensation with a simple follow of instructions. Little did the girls know...this was a follow on to the most delicious Italian delicassy. Once the almonds were covered with caramel, they are then grinded up, and blended into a big bowl of yummy milk chocolate. The chocolatey paste is now evenly spread onto a tray and ready for its cooling process.

So many samples now filled the table for the girls to taste...Chocolate fudge, caramelised almonds, cherry flavoured truffles, the yummy 'guinduja' pieces... Not to mention our ready made samples of Chilli and Orange infused dark chocolate & chunks of white chocolate infused with Cardomin...
All washed down with some bubbly!

Finally all the stunning hand made chocolates were gift wrapped in their very own bags, tied up in pink ribbon.
